Aqua fitness


Aqua fitness - also known as water aerobics - is activities performed in water to music. Aqua fitness is perfect for  everyone, regardless of gender, age, weight, stamina, back problems, pregnancy, etc.

All movements are easier to perform in water than on land. This is due to the water's properties with buoyancy and resistance. The strain on joints and muscles is reduced compared to training on land. Training in water can therefore be beneficial for people with injuries or rehabilitating muscles. 

Instruction is given by experienced and trained instructors. 

The temperature in the pool is approx. 28 degrees. Unfortunately the saunas are closed due to the corona virus. 

Mondays Skjetten at 20: 30-21: 15 (fully booked!) 
Wednesdays Volla at 20: 30-21: 15 
Fridays Sten-Tærud at 13: 30-14: 15 
Sundays Skjetten at 20: 30-21: 15

Participants without a swimming license are not insured through the club, and must be privately insured. If you want insurance through the club, you must contact the club's coach jesper@tritonlillestrom.no
