The whale tag courses focus on the core function "Dive", which means that you should be able to dive your whole body under water. To learn to swim, the student must be able to stay underwater - dive, and orientate themselves there. This also means that you can control your breathing: breathe in - dive under - see and orientate yourself - get up - breathe in and out. After completing the course, students should master the following: Hold your breath -> head under water -> open your eyesHold your breath -> dive down -> pick up objects on the bottomHold your breath -> dive between the legs of a partner without standing on the bottomHold your breath -> jump from the pool edge -> pick up objects from the bottomRequirements for minimum height in the various poolsSketten: 110cmVigernes, Sagdalen, Åsenhagen: 115cmSten-Tærud: 117cmEnebakk: 115cm We offer swimming lessons for children in Nedre Romerike in Skedsmo-, Enebakk- and Lørenskog municipality, at the following pools: , Sten-Tærud, Skedsmotun, Sagdalen, Frydenlund, Vigernes, Volla and Rolvsrud.
