Recruit

Recruit parties

The recruit parties are Triton Lillestrøm swimming and triathlon club's first party after the swimming school. Swimmers at Rekrutt have learned the basics of the four types of swimming (fly, back, chest, crawl), take-off dives, and turns. The swimmers want to challenge themselves with more training, and want to participate in competitions. The recruit parties have swimming training twice a week with associated land training. Swimmers at the Recruit parties are offered participation in recruiting competitions, internal competitions, training sessions and possibly a training camp annually.
