Challenges Group

Challenge group

The challenge group wants to further develop athletes in their teens and upwards, or maintain a level for the oldest athletes with shorter and fewer training sessions per week than K1 / 2/3. For many, this will mean a larger focus on short distances, extra focus on strength and alternative training.

This is an important group for those who either want to be able to stay at the national level, or work to meet requirements for UM, NM jr, NM sr. The athletes in this group can also be, or become, important relay swimmers in national championships, and becaue of this, they could participate in some of the training camps to K1 / 2 if competition level, seriousness and form indicate this.
