Registration in Triton Lillestrøm swimming and triathlon club

You can sign up for swimming courses and training through "Norges svømmeskoles" activity portal Tryggivann.no. Below you will find a link that will take you to this page. 

Create a user account and follow their instructions for registering for courses and activities at Triton Lillestrøm swimming and triathlon club. 

We have activities in Skedsmo, Enebakk and Lørenskog municipalities. In addition, we organize kindergarten swimming for Gjerdrum, Lørenskog, Skedsmo, Sørum and Ullensaker municipalities. 

Find the right activity for you
 In our main menu at the top of the page, under the Swimming Course tab, you will find descriptions of each course, as well as our course conditions. If you are unsure about which course fits your child best, we recommend that you use the Level Selector. 

Under the tab Training / Exercise you will find descriptions of training offers and information about competitions. 

Swimming competitions and triathlons 
Registration for swimming competitions and triathlons is not done through TryggiVann.no, but through the coach. Please contact your coach if you want to join competition groups.

Aqua fitness
Registration for aqua fitness is also done through TryggiVann.no.  Follow the link below and log in. Aqua fitness can be found under "Other".
