The penguin courses focus on the core function "Glide", which means that you float in motion, either under water or in the surface. It gives the student the opportunity to experience the water's resilience. Sliding presupposes that the student can hold his breath and float. The student should also be able to glide with a crawling leg kick that provides propulsion with an extended and stabilized body. After completing the course, students should master the following Glide on the stomach -> line posture Glide on the back -> line posture Glide in line posture with rotation from stomach to back -> breathing -> turn back on the stomach Glide with crawl leg kick on stomach -> line posture Slide with crawl leg kick on the back -> line posture - > breathing -> turning the body on the stomach -> crawling leg kick Jumping -> floating up -> line posture on the stomach -> crawling leg kick -> turning on the back -> adapted breathing Requirements for minimum height in the various pools Skjetten: 110cmVigernes, Sagdalen, Åsenhagen: 115cmSten-Tærud : 117cmEnebakk: 115cm We offer swimming courses for children in Nedre Romerike in Skedsmo-, Enebakk- and Lørenskog municipality by the following pools: Skjetten, Åsenhagen, Sten-Tærud, Skedsmotun, Sagdalen, Frydenlund, Vigernes, Volla and Rolvsrud.
