Korona Cup 2020

Under restrictions due to the corona pandemic, we see that it could have been fun to arrange an alternative competition. We want to engage, activate and motivate athletes throughout Norway, and have therefore created the Korona Cup! The Korona Cup will be a versatility competition with swimming-related exercises. We want to get the competitive activity back into the everyday lives of the athletes. Comparing yourself to yourself and knowing that others are doing the same as yourself is important for motivation. Even if you have not participated in Korona Cup 1, it is still possible to participate! Implementation The cup is conducted in four parts. We plan an implementation every month, May-August, and the results are submitted no later than the last day of the month. Attached to this invitation is the results sheet that must be filled in and sent, collected from each club, to fridorff@mac.com no later than the last day of the month. Each club conducts the competitions at home. Clubs that have submitted results before must write results in the same file as last time.
