Triton Lillestrøm swimming and triathlon club arranges different types of adult courses in three levels: Adult course Water habituation Adult course Level 1 (Beginner) Adult course Level 2 (Basic crawl) Adult course Level 3 (Fine motor crawl technique)

Adult Water Addiction

The course is for adults who are not familiar with swimming before, have a fear of water or are unsafe in water. We move slowly and are careful to create a safe experience for the participants. The goal is to be comfortable in the pool, and ready for further courses. You can follow your own progression in your profile on tryggivann.no, where you will be able to see comments from the instructor. The teaching lasts for 40 minutes - once a week, throughout the school year. Course dates are registered on tryggivann.no. New participants are admitted about once a week. mnd. Once the course participant has mastered the goals of the beginner course, you will be offered to move on to the next level. Age limit: Must be 15 years old - it is mandatory to register age. Bathing cap is required. There will always be several courses in the pool at the same time. Price per month: 490, - sibling moderation: 390, - Membership fee: 100, - (paid once per calendar year).

Adult level 1 (Beginner)

Adult Level 2 (Basic Crawl)

This course is intended for adults who manage without aids in deep water, and who want to learn basic crawling technique. The main focus is on crawl, but you also go through some back. Suitable for triathletes who want to improve their swimming technique. Adult Level 3 (Fine motor crawling technique)

The course is intended for adults who want to learn fine motor crawling technique. The main focus is on crawl, but you also go through some back. Requirements Be able to swim 25m crawl consecutively in 35 sec. Sub-goals Finding motor crawl Distance goal 100-200 meters continuous crawl * The instructor has a plan for each hour that the participants follow. The instructor and the participants can together find activities and exercises that can be included in the course plan.
