Norwegian basic course in first aid

First aid is the first aid everyone should be able to give in case of acute illness or serious injury. Triton Lillestrøm swimming and triathlon club offers first aid courses for companies, teams and individuals. When the accident happens or someone becomes seriously ill, it is almost always ordinary people who are closest. Therefore, it is vital that YOU can start with, for example, cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Your efforts can more than double your chances of surviving cardiac arrest. In the event of a traffic accident, it is mandatory in our country to provide assistance to the best of our ability, even if you are just a casual passer-by. You could actually be punished for not trying to help. In other cases, it is up to you to decide if you are willing to help. Contents of the first aid demonstration What is life-saving first aid?
